Following is basic information on renting Leedy Grange.

**We are currently booked for afternoon and evening activity rentals in the main hall during the week. We have availability in the dining hall for meetings or classroom activities.
Event rental space is available after 1:00pm on Saturdays and currently open availability on Sundays
BASIC RENTAL INFORMATION:
1. Cost for renting Leedy Grange is $85 per hour. We ask that you include your time for set up and clean up in the hours that you book
2. There is a $350 cleaning/security deposit that is refundable as long as the place is left in the same condition as the start of your event. If you are serving alcohol, the deposit is $1000.
3. All renters need to have proof of insurance that specifically names Leedy Grange Hall as covered for your event. For assistance with event insurance, contact Wendy Vaughn at 503-352-0600.
4. We keep our capacity at around 85 people.
Our main hall is 1200 square feet, with an additional stage area. We have 2 bathrooms that are wheel chair accessible. Our dining hall is 900 square feet with an additional kitchen area attached that has a stove, microwave, fridge, large sink.
We have 20 eight-foot tables and 5 six-foot tables, plus 42 folding chairs available for use. We have had people bring in extra chairs for use. We also have benches that sit around the outer edges of the main hall that can carefully be moved for seating, if needed.
